This Privacy Policy explains what information Weekary ("Weekary", "we", "us", "our") collects when you use our website and App Store growth tools (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your name, email address, and login credentials.
Content you upload. App screenshots, app names, descriptions, keywords, and other assets you provide to generate marketing visuals, listing copy, or analysis.
Payment information. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. We do not receive or store your full card details — Paddle collects billing name, email, address (for tax purposes), and payment method details directly.
Usage data. Pages visited, features used, credits consumed, and general analytics data to help us improve the Service.
Communications. Messages you send us via the contact form or email, including your name, email address, and message content.
We use the information we collect to:
To generate marketing visuals, scores, and listing copy, your uploaded screenshots and text are sent to third-party AI model providers for processing. This data is used solely to generate the output you requested and is not used by Weekary to train AI models. Please review the relevant AI provider's own data handling terms if you have specific compliance requirements.
We share information with the following categories of service providers, only as needed to operate the Service:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain your account data and generated content (e.g., your Gallery items) for as long as your account is active, so you can access your history. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@weekary.com. Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, transaction records held by Paddle).
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can stop product emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails or from your account. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@weekary.com. For questions about payment data specifically, Paddle's own privacy policy (available at paddle.com/legal/privacy) also applies.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and optional error reporting (Sentry in the browser) load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice on the cookie policy page, or control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect the ability to log in.
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security on our database — to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers may process and store data in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for cross-border data transfers.
The Service is intended for developers and businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
